Stephanie McCarthy is a highly experienced Global Real Estate Advisor and Broker Associate with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. She brings over 20 years of experience to the table in all facets of the business, from resale, new construction and commercial property transactions to development and land acquisition. She has earned her status as a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers organization and is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She continues to be a Top Performer year after year at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty and has been recognized by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association as a Top 5% individual volume producer from 2017-2024 in Atlanta. In 2022, she earned her ABR Phoenix designation which signifies over a decade of membership.

Originally from Ohio, Stephanie graduated from Ohio University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in communications. A resident of Atlanta for 25 years, she currently resides in the Chastain Park area with her family.

Stephanie is extremely involved in her local community as a member of the Chastain Park Conservancy, and an annual sponsor of the Holy Innocents' Episcopal School annual fundraising gala. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, fitness, all things wellness and volunteering at HIES, where her children attend.
